FO Type Violations

An FO Type Violation occurs whenever:

An FO instance in a restricted group that doesn't belong.
Exclusive FO Types that are listed in more than one group. In other words, once you specify an FO Type as exclusive, it cannot be specified for any other group.
FO instances of exclusive FO Types that appear in any other group
A group that lists FO Types that are outside the range of the parent group's FO Type restrictions.
